Lake Temperature Monitor

The current water temperature monitor is located on a pier 1 ft below the water surface. This monitor will be removed before ice-over.

Next year, the monitor will be reinstalled just after ice-out. Once a DNR buoy permit is received, the monitor will be placed over the 46 ft deep hole by the island with temperature probes at 1 ft, 10 ft, 20 ft, 30 ft, 40 ft, and 46 ft.
